Jim Bulger draws on more than 25 years’ experience in senior-level HR leadership and executive roles to provide management coaching and HR solutions that measure and maximize leadership effectiveness and workforce contributions resulting in the achievement of organizational goals. With a focus on small and mid-sized growth-oriented organizations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, he provides customized consulting that brings tangible results.
